I am a C-IAYT certified yoga therapist, and I have been teaching for the past six years. I first came to yoga over 15 years ago, and it quickly became a powerful source of healing, support, and clarity.
My foundation is in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, and I continue to deepen my studies with an emphasis on philosophy, breath and meditation. Over the years, I have come to understand how working with each layer of the self—body, breath, and mind—can lead to profound transformation.
In both my classes and therapeutic work, I integrate breath-centric movement, meditation, and yoga philosophy to create practices that are grounding, supportive, and empowering. I teach what I practice, offering a space where students can cultivate awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of well-being.
