Hatha - In-Studio & Online

A steady, traditional practice that blends posture, breath, and awareness. Each class follows a core sequence of foundational asanas, giving you the chance to grow familiar with the movements, refine alignment, and build strength and stability.

With time, we explore gentle progressions and variations, helping you deepen your practice at your own pace while staying grounded in the essentials of Hatha Yoga. This class is designed to be accessible, balanced, and supportive, offering both effort and ease for body and mind.

As a way of giving back, the first Saturday of each month is a free class. Feel welcome to pass this along to friends, family, or anyone who may want to explore yoga at no cost.

Registration is required for all classes.
