This mat-based class combines mindful asana, breath awareness, and guided meditation. We’ll move slowly and intentionally, focusing on sensation, alignment, and the steady rhythm of the breath. Each sequence prepares the body for stillness, helping you build awareness, support mobility, and settle the mind.
